The Last Day of Okalhoma with Prarie Dogs and Super Heroes

Today was our last full day in Oklahoma and we went to all of the National Parks in Oklahoma, so what we did was go to two unique places in Oklahoma, the Toy and Action Figure Museum and the Wichita Mountains. Today we got up and went to Starbucks, and then we went to the Toy and Action Figure Museum. When we got there the first room was the gift shop. Then we found the museum part. The museum part was organized with the Oklahoma Comic section, super heroes, movie people like Star Wars and G.I. Joe, and a mix of action figures in a pretend room. After that we went to a restaurant called Meers. Meers is famous for having tasty longhorn cattle burgers. Then we went to the Wichita Mountains. We went to the visitor center and we saw longhorns and buffalo. After that we went to Prairie Dog Town. We saw a lot of Prairie Dogs. After that we saw some more buffalo and took pictures. Then we went to the top of Mt. Scott. There we saw a great view of Oklahoma but it was really windy. Then we left the mountain and went to Sonic and ordered some slushies and Sonic Blasts. That is the last time some people would go to Sonic for the rest of their life. The last thing we would do before we have to go to the Airport is to go to Chipotle with Ranger Lauren and Ranger Chris.

  1. Glad you got to the Toy & Action Figure Museum. Good thing the gift shop wasn't too hard to find. 8-)

I learned something today. I didn't know Oklahoma had mountains. I always thought it was as flat as a pancake. I really enjoyed your shots of the prairie dog. Can't wait to see more. Safe travels. See you soon.
