The last day

Today was another different day. The first place we went to, after Starbucks, was the Toy and Action Figure Museum. There were at least 1 thousand action figures as well as comics and movies. It was a cool and different museum. The next place was lunch at Meers. It is an old run down place that used to be a place where miners would go to eat. They served their world famous long horned cattle burgers that they raised right there. It was great and the food was AMAZING. It is considered a national historic place by the national government. Then we went to the Wichita Mountains. There we saw prairie dogs, log horned cattle and bison. They all were very close and everything felt like there really could be thousands of bison running round. Then we went on top of Mt. Scott. The view was amazing and you could se 360 degrees around. Cj and I hopped around the rocks and if was very fun. This was a great way to end our wonderful trip to Oklahoma. See you in DC.

  1. This is "the Younglings", Mom and Susan Lambert. We wish we could see buffalo, too, but they don't like the Vermont weather! We hope the prairie dogs stood on their hind legs for you! They are so cute when they do that! We hope you took at least a couple pictures! Safe trip home tomorrow! C U 'n DC!

  2. Sounds like the museum was a major hit. I'll bet there were even toys & action figures there that your parents & I would recognize from when we were kids.
